About your hosts: 

Kendra Bamforth is a diamond level leader and mentor of dōTERRA. She guides a large community of empowered women in detoxifying their homes and family's lives by using natural essential oils holistically. She is mama to 3 amazing boys (ages 4, 8, and 11) and wife to Scott, a professional basketball player. Sophie Schauermann LCSW is a licensed  therapist at her private practice, Rooted Rhythm Therapy and Parent Coaching, based in Denver, CO. She has guided hundreds of families with highly sensitive children out of stress and into wellness. She is wife to Kendra's big brother, Kendall (who is also a therapist) and step mom to two amazing kiddos (age 4 and 6). Sophie is also currently completing a doctorate in Jungian depth psychology and plans to write her dissertation on the soul connection between parents and kids.
