About Dre:

As a former athlete, nurse, and wife of a professional basketball player, she understands the pressure of high-level competition and the mindset it takes to thrive. About your hosts: 

Kendra Bamforth is an essential oil educator, birth mentor and studying to be a holistic nutritionist (CNC) that has an emphasis on the postpartum stage for moms. She guides a large community of empowered women in detoxifying their homes and family's lives by using plant-based medicine (essential oils) and overall holistic health/wellness/utrition.. She is mama to 3 amazing boys (ages 6, 10, and 13) and has been blessed with the opportunity to live all over the world (Spain, Italy, France & Montenegro)  thanks to her husband's job. Sophie Schauermann, LCSW is a licensed therapist and the founder of Rooted Rhythm Therapy and Parent Coaching, serving families in Denver, Atlanta, and Dallas. With years of experience guiding hundreds of families with highly sensitive children, Sophie helps parents move from stress to connection and wellness. She is also the wife of Kendra’s big brother, Kendall (a fellow therapist), and a loving stepmom to two incredible kids (ages 7 and 9).
